A down payment of 50% is required in order to start with the production process. Payment should be done either via bank transfer through the given details provided to you by one of our experts, or by passing by to the closest Antoine Karam store to you (Beirut, Doha, Riyadh, Kuwait City).
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number either via email or WhatsApp.
For production, items usually take up to 10 business days, as for their shipment, it may take up to 2-3 business days depending on the country.
